RE: UNDERWRITING - New Overlimits - High Liability Form

Dear Associates:

Stewart has updated the form to be submitted for Overlimits approval; the recently updated version of Bulletin SLS2015011 can be found here: https://www.vuwriter.com/en/bulletins/2015-6/sls2015011.html.

Please use the current Overlimits approval form.

A fillable PDF version, as well as a blank Microsoft Word version, of the Overlimits Form is available on VU at the following link: https://www.vuwriter.com/en/forms/2020-12/stg-request-for-approval-to-issue-overlimits--large--policy-or-e.html

Please note - paragraph 8, page 2 of the form contains a link to the Pennsylvania Endorsement List Supplement. Please be sure to select all requested endorsements with every submission in order to expedite approval

The updated bulletin also reminds you of the procedure for submitting Overlimits requests. Please complete the current Overlimits request form, sign it (physically or electronically), and email it to PolicyApprovalRequest@stewart.com, with a copy to your Pennsylvania underwriting contact so that the approval request will be assigned to your preferred contact.
