As you are aware, the Stewart Title Guaranty Company Schedule of Charges and Forms for Title Insurance in the State of California ("Manual") has been amended and updated and, pending California Department of Insurance approval, is anticipated to become effective on November 26, 2018. The details of that filing were provided in Bulletin CA2018002.
Since that bulletin, a typographical error was discovered in Section 2.20 B1 c & d, i.e., it accidentally said “with” instead of “without” when describing the extended policy. These two subsections have been updated in the attached redline version and version with those changes accepted; attached are the links for your convenience.
