As a supplement to Bulletin No. NY000587 below are Stewart Title’s underwriting guidelines for the Policy Authentication Endorsement:
- There is no charge for this endorsement.
- There is no remittance code.
- The endorsement can be added to every current policy available in the TIRSA Manual.
- The endorsement does not need to be countersigned.
