RE: Form Filing Change

Dear Associates:

The Louisiana Department of Insurance has approved the following changes to the LATISSO Form filing for the endorsements referenced below.  There are no changes to the Rate Rule for these endorsements.  The Form change is effective April 1, 2009, and is as follows: 

ALTA Endorsement 4-06 (Condominium) Revised 10/16/08
The ALTA revised the Endorsement 4-06 Condominium on 10/16/08.  The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage.

ALTA Endorsement 4.1-06 (Condominium) Revised 10/16/08
The ALTA revised the Endorsement 4.1-06 Condominium on 10/16/08.  The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage.

ALTA Endorsement 5-06 (Planned Unit Development) Revised 10/16/08
The ALTA revised the Endorsement 5-06 Planned Unit Development on 10/16/08.  The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage.

ALTA Endorsement 5.1-06 (Planned Unit Development) Revised 10/16/08
The ALTA revised the Endorsement 5.1-06 Planned Unit Development on 10/16/08.  The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage.

ALTA Endorsement 6-06 (Variable Rate Mortgage) Revised 10/16/08
The ALTA revised the Endorsement 6-06 Variable Rate Mortgage on 10/16/08.  The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage.

ALTA Endorsement 6.2-06 (Variable Rate Mortgage-Negative Amortization) Revised 10/16/08
The ALTA revised the Endorsement 6.2-06 Variable Rate Mortgage-Negative Amortization on 10/16/08.  The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage.

ALTA Endorsement 23-06 (Co-Insurance - Single Policy) (1/1/08) Revised 10/16/08
The ALTA revised the Endorsement 23-06 Co-Insurance/Single Policy on 10/16/08.  The revisions to the form's language were grammatical and did not create any new liabilities or any new coverage. 

The Louisiana Rate and Form Manual has been updated to reflect the change in the Form for these endorsements.  Please go here for the updated manual and the revised forms in electronic format.
