Summary:Cashier's checks drawn on East West Bank, San Marino, California, have been reported missing, lost or stolen in transit.

East West Bank, San Marino, California, has contacted the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to report that cashier's checks bearing the institution's name were missing, lost or stolen in transit from the printing company to a branch office. The instruments have serial numbers ranging from 257001601 through 257001800 (inclusive) for a total of 200 checks. A copy of a cashier's check (VOID) is attached for your information.

SUBJECT:Counterfeit Cashier's Checks
Summary:Counterfeit cashier's checks drawn on Banner Bank, Walla Walla, Washington, are reportedly in circulation.

Banner Bank, Walla Walla, Washington, has contacted the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to report that counterfeit cashier's checks bearing the institution's name are in circulation.

The counterfeit items display the proper routing number of 323371076 for Banner Bank and have several format variations. The counterfeit items and the authentic checks are similar. Copies of two counterfeit items and a copy of an authentic cashier's check (VOID) are attached for your review.
