Please be advised that John Lariviere, New York City Register has stated that those documents submitted for recording prior to the initiation of ACRIS which were returned unrecorded because they did not have the ACRIS cover page, may be resubmitted up to and including February 28, 2003 without incurring interest and penalty charges otherwise associated with "late" recordings.
