Dear Associates:
In an effort to keep you fully advised as to the status of the Opinion 26 litigation enclosed is the official findings of fact by Judge Miller which have been submitted to the Supreme Court.
It is our understanding that the Supreme Court will require this matter to be briefed by all parties. At this time it is not expected that the Supreme Court will finally rule in this matter until the Spring of 1995.
