You are reminded that U.S. Court/Bankruptcy reports must be ordered on all parties in title and cases checked in connection with the examination of title to properties located in Baltimore City or Prince George's County and all liens attaching to property must be satisfied of record (Please see MD000006 entitled Judgments of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Maryland for further information).
Effective immediately you will order a U.S. Bankruptcy Court report on all parties in title and check all cases found when examining title to properties located in all other jurisdictions throughout Maryland.
Be advised that Bankruptcy Court reports are available statewide from Cambridge-Landata.
