Dear Associates:
A new form captioned "Attendance at Closing Checklist" is available through the reference section at the end of this bulletin.
The purpose of this form is to make it much easier to recall circumstances of a closing at a later date when in a claim setting there are challenges raised as to who was present and who was not.
Please complete this form in all future closings and maintain this form in the closing file.
