Please take note that the subdivision developed by Ocean City Homes, Inc. in the late 1970's/early 1980's within Ocean City, Cape May County, New Jersey has numerous riparian claims. You may not rely on the Riparian Grant recorded in Book 1397 at page 95 as conveying the State's interest in the lands developed by Ocean City Homes, Inc.
When asked to insure properties in Ocean City within the subdivision of Ocean City Homes including filed map No. 956, you must do a riparian search of the properties or seek approval of the state office before insuring.
