Explanation:

This endorsement deletes the arbitration clause from the 2006 Loan Policy. The 2006 Policies contain arbitration clauses providing for compulsory arbitration at the request of the insured or the insurer, if the policy does not exceed $2,000,000 and if such provision is enforceable under state law.

You may issue this endorsement upon request.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement.
