Explanation:
This endorsement insures that two or more tracts of land are contiguous without gaps. It may additionally recite the contiguity along an entire boundary line (such as the west line or the north line, etc.).Underwriting Requirements:
Issuance of the endorsement is based upon an examination and a survey reflecting contiguity of the boundaries. You must determine whether the sites constitute one parcel for purposes of any lot split ordinance; otherwise, the endorsement should not insure that the tracts constitute one tract of land.- This guideline applies to the following form(s):
