Explanation:
This Guarantee assures the assured for a specified period of time that all designated documents indexed in the records of the county Recorder under the names of a certain party or parties are shown in the Guarantee.This Guarantee is valuable to an attorney engaged in litigation when it is necessary to have evidence of the contents of the public records.
The Guarantee Face Page (revised 6-6-92) and Guarantee Conditions and Stipulations (revised 6-6-92) must be used with the Recorder's Index Guarantee Schedule A.
