Explanation:
This Guarantee is issued to a designated county and to any city within which the land that is the subject of the Guarantee is located. The purpose of the Guarantee is to assist a County Surveyor or City Engineer in the approval of a Parcel Map that has been created as a result of a division of land.Assurance is given that the land embraced within the Parcel Map is vested in the vestee named in the Guarantee. Further assurance is given that the Parcel Map is sufficient to be used a primary reference in legal descriptions of the parcels within its boundaries.
The maximum liability under this Guarantee is $1,000.
