Explanation:

This Guarantee is issued to a designated county and to any city within which the land that is the subject of the Guarantee is located. The purpose of the Guarantee is to assist a County Surveyor or City Engineer in the approval of a Parcel Map that has been created as a result of a division of land.
Assurance is given that the land embraced within the Parcel Map is vested in the vestee named in the Guarantee. Further assurance is given that the Parcel Map is sufficient to be used a primary reference in legal descriptions of the parcels within its boundaries.
The maximum liability under this Guarantee is $1,000.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.
