Explanation:

The Guarantee covers land that has been acquired by the State. Two assurances are provided.
The first assurance is that according to tax records there are no special assessments or bonds affecting the land.
The second assurance is that according to the indices of the County Recorder there are no recorded Notices of Award of Contract relating to any special assessment or bond.
If any matters exist they are shown as exceptions in the Guarantee.
The Guarantee Face Page (revised 6-6-92) and Guarantee Conditions and Stipulations (revised 6-6-92) must be used with the Notice of Award of Contract and Bond Guarantee Schedule A.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.

Compliance with the underwriting guidelines contained herein in no way obligates Stewart Title Guaranty Company to issue any form or endorsement.
