Provides owner or lender with insurance that there are no present violations of specified CC&Rs.Underwriting Requirements:
(1) This endorsement may not be given when a violation of the covenants, conditions and restrictions presently exists.(2) Therefore, an inspection of the property must be made in order to determine that there are no present violations of the existing CC&Rs before the endorsement is issued.
