Explanation:

This endorsement provides an owner or lender with assurance that the land described in the policy may also be adequately described as all or part of the later subdivision. This endorsement is used where the land insured has been described by metes and bounds and then later becomes all or part of the recorded subdivision or parcel map.

Underwriting Requirements:

The issuance of this endorsement requires that a determination be made that the land described in the policy exactly corresponds to the land delineated and designated on the subdivision map.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.
