Explanation:
This endorsement amends an ALTA or CLTA policy to delete particular title exceptions or to delete certain exclusions from coverage.Underwriting Requirements:
(1) The CLTA 110.1 Endorsement is used to:(a) either remove a title exception after the policy is issued without having to retype the policy; or
(b) convert a CLTA policy to an extended coverage (ALTA) policy by deleting one or more of the first five printed Exclusions From Coverage appearing in Part I, Schedule B.
