Explanation:
The Reinstatement of Paragraph 11 Endorsement is for use with the 2006 ALTA Loan Policy and is issued at the end of the construction project after the time for filing construction liens has lapsed (ie, 90 days). The endorsement reinstates Paragraph 11 of the Covered Risks and provides the Insured with a standard loan policy at the end of construction.Underwriting Requirements:
This endorsement may only be issued at the end of the construction project and after the time for filing construction liens has lapsed.
