Explanation:
The Named Insured Endorsement (NM 55) shall be attached to all Owner's Policies (standard and leasehold) issued after August 15, 2001 and provided to any insureds requesting the endorsement on any previously issued owner's policies.
Underwriting Requirements:
We require the following:1. The Named Insured Endorsement is to be attached at issuance of all owner's policies and leasehold owner's policies and upon request by any insureds to any prior issued owner's policies.
2. The endorsement premium is: Policy issued after August 15, 2001 - no charge; policy issued before August 15, 2001 - $25.00.
