Explanation:
This endorsement provides an owner or lender with change of effective date of the policy without any new matters affecting title to the insured property.Underwriting Requirements:
In order to issue this endorsement you must:(1) Update search of title status on insured property.
(2) If matters appear affecting title since original date of policy, this endorsement cannot be used. Colorado 107.12 should be used instead.
