This form may be used to combine the assurances afforded by two or more Guarantees. It is necessary to refer to two or more appropriate schedules and to designate coverage by appropriate letters.
The Guarantee Face Page (revised 6-6-92) and Guarantee Conditions and Stipulations (revised 6-6-92) must be used with the Combination Guarantee Schedule A.
