Provides insurance to the ALTA lender against loss occasioned by a violation of the CC&Rs which is already in existence but results in:

Underwriting Requirements:

(a) loss of lien, in whole or in part, prior to foreclosure.
(b) loss of title, in whole or in part, after the insured has acquired title.
Underwriting Requirements:
(1) This endorsement is an alternative for the coverages provided under the CLTA 100 endorsement paragraphs 1(a) and 2(b).
(2) Therefore, title personnel must follow guidelines set out in the CLTA 100 Underwriting Guidelines for paragraphs 1(a) and 2(b).

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.
