Explanation:
Modifies a standard coverage loan policy to accommodate the insurance of two mortgages, each in favor of the same lender, under a single policy. Generally, this endorsement is used with a CLTA 101.8 Endorsement covering concurrent off-site and on-site deeds of trust or mortgages.

Underwriting Requirements:

Underwriting Requirements:
(1) Care must be exercised in having the deeds of trust or mortgages recorded in their proper order of priority.
(2) Schedule A Number 4 of the policy must be set up in two subparagraphs. The first, or senior, deed of trust or mortgage must be shown in Schedule A under the first subparagraph. The second, or junior, deed of trust or mortgage would be shown in Schedule A under the second subparagraph.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement.
