The Company hereby insures against loss or damage by reason of a final judgment determining the invalidity or unenforceability of the lien of the insured mortgage resulting from violation of the usury laws of the State of ____________ in effect at Date of Policy.

THIS ENDORSEMENT MAY NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM STEWART TITLE GUARANTY UNDERWRITING PERSONNEL

This Endorsement is made a part of the Policy and is subject to all the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsement thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the Policy in any prior endorsement, nor does it extend the Effective Date of the Policy or any prior endorsement, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.
