ENDORSEMENT ATTACHED TO AND MADE PART OF

U.S.A. OWNER'S TITLE POLICY SERIAL NUMBER

The above designated policy is the United States Form - 1963 of the American Land Title Association is hereby amended as follows:

A. The words "The United States of America" are deleted from the first page of this policy after the words "hereby insures" and as the name of insured in Schedule A. The following words are added in place thereof: "United States Postal Service".

B. In the last line of general exception 2(d), Schedule B, the words "the United States of America" are deleted and in place thereof the following words are inserted: "United States Postal Service".

C. In the first line of paragraph four of the Conditions and Stipulations the words "the United States" are deleted and in place thereof are inserted the words: "United States Postal Service".

D. The following paragraph is added to the Conditions and Stipulations:

9. In the event that the interests of United States Postal Service with respect to the land referred to in this policy are not represented by the Attorney General of the United States at the time any election, notice, request, permission, cooperation, assistance, or statement is required or permitted by these conditions and stipulations, these conditions and stipulations shall be satisfied if such election, notice, request, permission, cooperation, assistance, or statement, otherwise conforming hereto, is made, given or furnished by or to the United States Postal Service.

This Endorsement is made a part of the policy or commitment and is subject to all the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy or commitment and prior endorsements, if any, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy or commitment and prior endorsements or increase the face amount thereof.
