of _____________ of the first part, and _____________ of ___________, County of ______________, and ___________ of ____________ of the second part, witnesseth that:

Whereas, ___________, by a certain mortgage bearing date the ___________ day of

____________, 20________, and which said mortgage was, on the ___________ day of _______________, 20________, duly and regularly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for ____________ County, __________, State of North Dakota, in book

________ of Mortgages, on page___________, for the consideration therein mentioned, and to secure the payment of the money therein specified, did convey certain lands and tenements, of which the premises hereinafter described are part, unto _________

aforesaid;

Whereas, _____________ by a certain mortgage bearing date the ___________ day of

____________, 20______, and which said mortgage was, on the _________ day of

____________, 20______, duly and regularly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for __________ County, _________, State of North Dakota, in Book _______ of Mortgages, on page ________, for the consideration therein mentioned, and to secure the payment of the money therein specified, did convey certain lands and tenements, of which the premises hereafter described are part, unto _________ aforesaid; and

Whereas, the part____ of the first part, at the request of the part____ of the second part, ha____ agreed to give up and surrender the premises hereinafter described, unto the part____ of the second part, and to hold and retain the residue of the mortgaged premises as security for the money remaining due on said mortgage;
