The restrictions shown in Paragraph ________, Schedule B, are accompanied by a right of reverter. As to that portion of said restrictions pertaining to the manufacture, sale and/or use of liquor or alcoholic beverages on the premises and to that portion only, this policy insures against any loss or damage as a result of any past or future violations causing a forfeiture or reversion of title.

This endorsement is made a part of the policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.
