ENDORSEMENT ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART

OF POLICY OF TITLE INSURANCE SERIAL NUMBER
ISSUED BY

STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY

HEREIN CALLED THE COMPANY

The policy is hereby amended, effective as of the date of this endorsement, in the following particulars:

The Company assures, subject to the schedules, conditions and stipulations, except as modified by the provisions hereof:

(1) That the Deed of Trust shown in paragraph 5 of Schedule A has been assigned of record to Federal National Mortgage Association, a corporation established and organized pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended and/or the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of Washington, D.C., their respective successors and assigns as their interest may appear, and that said assignment is good and valid and title to said Deed of Trust is in Federal National Mortgage Association free and clear of all liens.

(2) That there are no matters of record affecting the validity or priority of the lien of the Deed of Trust shown in paragraph 5 of Schedule A which have arisen since the date of this policy.

(3) That, without impairing the insurance provided in paragraph 5 above, there are no United States tax liens or bankruptcy proceedings affecting the title shown by those public records of the county in which said land or any part thereof is situated which impart constructive notice.

The Company hereby insures against loss which the insured shall sustain in the event that the assurances herein shall prove to be incorrect.

THIS ENDORSEMENT MAY NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM STEWART TITLE GUARANTY UNDERWRITING PERSONNEL.

The total liability of the Company under said policy and any endorsement therein shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the face amount of said policy and costs which the Company is obligated under the stipulations thereof to pay.

This endorsement is attached to and constitutes an integral part of that certain policy of title insurance issued by the undersigned.

This endorsement is not to be construed as insuring the title as of any later date than the date of said policy, except as herein expressly provided as to the subject matter hereof.
