AFFIDAVIT OF USE

__________________________("Affiants") are the owners of the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the "land"). Affiants are using or are now acquiring the land for use for the following purposes:

Affiants intend to use the land in the future solely for the above purposes and do not intend to use the land for other purposes or to subdivide or develop the land for residential or commercial purposes.

Affiants request that Stewart Title Guaranty Company delete the following exception from its Mortgagee Policy:

"subsequent assessments for prior years due to change in land usage or ownership"

Affiants hereby indemnify and hold harmless Stewart Title Guaranty Company for any and all loss, costs, expenses, and liability that it may incur because of deletion of such exception or any rollback taxes against the land.
