The Company can insure on land that is used as a cemetery or burial ground if the Company excepts to the dedication or use of the land as a cemetery or burial ground. Similarly if it appears that a portion of the land is a cemetery or burial ground, the Company excepts to the use as a cemetery or burial ground.
Any right or claim because of dedication or use of the land as a cemetery, including:
(A) Rights, interests, and easements of any persons who have burial lots, their relatives, and the public in the land.
(B) Easements for visitation, maintenance, use, driveways, and access.
(C) Rights of parties entitled thereto to keep therein the bodies and remains of deceased persons now interred therein.
Comment: Use this exception if the land is a cemetery or used as a burial ground.
Any right or claim because of dedication or use of a portion of the land as reflected by ____________ as a cemetery or burial ground, including:
(A) Rights, interests, and easements of any persons who have burial lots, their relatives, and the public in the land.
(B) Easements for visitation, maintenance, use, driveways, and access.
Limitations and Restrictions on sale and use of cemeteries as set out in Chapter 97, Oregon Revised Statutes and as to those portions sold for cemetery plots or used for interred remains; and any violation of or non-compliance with the provisions of Chapter 97, Oregon Revised Statutes imposing limitations on the use of said Land for cemetery purposes or of any municipal regulations pertaining thereof.
