Certified Copies

Judicial proceedings and orders (e.g., divorce decree or dissolution; determination of title; forfeiture orders; condemnation orders) generally do not impart constructive notice unless a certified copy is recorded. A lis pendens imparts notice only during the pendency of the action, not after the judgment is final.

Record Certified Copy

The Company requires recordation in the appropriate real property records where the land is located of a certified copy of the following:
