This endorsement is similar to the CLTA 104.6. It insures against defect in execution of the management agreement and against a prior recorded assignment of such agreement.Underwriting Requirements:
(1) Verify the proper execution by the assignors.(2) Verify that no prior assignment (in a mortgage or other instrument) is outstanding.
