Explanation:
This endorsement insures against divestiture of title to the land because the insured is an alien.Underwriting Requirements:
(1) This endorsement may not be issued unless approved by a Senior Underwriter.(2) Considerations in issuing the endorsement include (a) we should provide coverage only for violation of applicable state laws in effect at date of policy; (b) we should consider time limits under state law concerning divestiture within a stated time or any laws relating to reporting requirements; (c) we should consider coverage only against violations of state laws limiting ownership by aliens. Many of the endorsements contain overly broad language relating to forfeiture of title.
