Explanation:

Provides an owner or lender or, in some cases both, with insurance that the specified CC&Rs have been properly modified.

Underwriting Requirements:

(1) This endorsement requires that the subject property have a title search that shows all necessary owners and lienholders to insure that all parties involved have rights under the CC&Rs and that they have joined the modification prior to the issuance of this endorsement.
(2) If an excessive number of parties are required to join in the modification because of the general plan feature of the CC&Rs, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty underwriting personnel for further requirements.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.
