Explanation:
Provides an owner or lender or, in some cases both, with insurance that the specified CC&Rs have been properly modified.Underwriting Requirements:
(1) This endorsement requires that the subject property have a title search that shows all necessary owners and lienholders to insure that all parties involved have rights under the CC&Rs and that they have joined the modification prior to the issuance of this endorsement.(2) If an excessive number of parties are required to join in the modification because of the general plan feature of the CC&Rs, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty underwriting personnel for further requirements.
