Explanation:

Provides the lender with insurance against the forced removal of improvements encroaching into public streets when located and constructed according to plans and specifications.

Underwriting Requirements:

(1) The issuance of this endorsement is conditioned upon the determination that encroachments are relatively minor and the possibility of loss remote.
(2) In order to minimize the risk under this endorsement, a consent or permit should be obtained from the appropriate governmental body.
(3) Questions about the issuance of this endorsement should be directed to the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty underwriting personnel.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference.
