Explanation:
Provides the lender with insurance against the forced removal of improvements encroaching into public streets when located and constructed according to plans and specifications.Underwriting Requirements:
(1) The issuance of this endorsement is conditioned upon the determination that encroachments are relatively minor and the possibility of loss remote.(2) In order to minimize the risk under this endorsement, a consent or permit should be obtained from the appropriate governmental body.
(3) Questions about the issuance of this endorsement should be directed to the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty underwriting personnel.
