Explanation:

Provides the State of California with assurances, concerning the elimination of access rights, by condemnation, with respect to grantors remaining land where a portion of that land has been condemned for a state freeway or limited access highway.

Underwriting Requirements:

It is necessary that the legal proceedings surrounding the condemnation action be thoroughly examined in order to determine that the decree is regular on its face, condemns access rights appurtenant to the remaining land of the condemnee, and that all necessary properties are bound.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.
