Provides the State of California with assurances, concerning the elimination of access rights, by condemnation, with respect to grantors remaining land where a portion of that land has been condemned for a state freeway or limited access highway.Underwriting Requirements:
It is necessary that the legal proceedings surrounding the condemnation action be thoroughly examined in order to determine that the decree is regular on its face, condemns access rights appurtenant to the remaining land of the condemnee, and that all necessary properties are bound.- This guideline applies to the following form(s):
