Explanation:
Provides an owner or a lender with assurance that an insured easement affords ingress and egress to a specified public street.Underwriting Requirements:
(1) The following items are required prior to issuance of this endorsement:(a) The street named in the endorsement must be a public street;
(b) The easement parcel must be open and accessible to the insured parcel; and
(c) A full search must be made down to the creation of the appurtenant easement. This search must show that there are no other possession claims that would otherwise terminate the easement.
