Explanation:
Provides the lender with insurance concerning priority of the lender's lien over mechanic's liens arising out of any work or improvement under construction or completed on the secured land.

Underwriting Requirements:
(1) The endorsement is designed to be issued in instances when the loan is made during the course of construction, or construction has been completed and no notice of completion has been filed.
(2) If this endorsement is requested for issuance in any state, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty underwriting personnel.
