Explanation:

The Lot Book Guarantee does not purport to show true legal title. It merely assures that according to the title company's records title appears to be vested pursuant to the last recorded conveyance in a designated manner subject to specified mortgages or deeds of trust.

The Guarantee may be expanded to include a report of other particular notices, liens, or encumbrances that appear in the company's records.
Liability is expressly disclaimed as to matters affecting any mortgage or deed of trust shown in the report.

The Guarantee Face Page (revised 6-6-92) and Guarantee Conditions and Stipulations (revised 6-6-92) must be used with the Lot book Guarantee Schedule A.

Any revision to this form requires approval of a Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriter. The underwriting guidelines contained herein have been provided for general reference. The facts, circumstances, and location of the subject property should be considered when determining the issuance of the requested form or endorsement. Please note that all of the forms and endorsements included in this system may not be available in all states. Accordingly, please contact the appropriate Stewart Title Guaranty Company underwriting personnel in order to determine availability.

Compliance with the underwriting guidelines contained herein in no way obligates Stewart Title Guaranty Company to issue any form or endorsement.
