Explanation:
This endorsement insures that the land abuts a named physically opened street. This endorsement may be attached to Owner's or Loan Policies. It may not be attached to policies insuring residential property containing four or fewer dwelling units. 13.14.8.17 NMAC] The premium is $25 for each endorsement. [13.14.10.36 NMAC]Underwriting Requirements:
You may issue this Endorsement if you verify that the land abuts a named physically open street by (1) an inspection of the land; or (2) a review of a survey; or (3) review of the description and available in-house maps. If your examination shows that the land is prohibited from accessing the named physically open street, please call our underwriting personnel.
