Potential matches with the Stewart Special Alerts Database are cleared differently, depending upon the source and nature of the potential match. Some names are pre-cleared.

The following is a list of lenders, mortgage brokers, realtors, and other entities that have been pre-cleared with respect to a potential match with a Special Alert. It is possible to search this page by using “Ctrl Key + F Key” (and/or the “Find” feature in your browser.

If your lender (new lender, payoff lender, etc.), mortgage broker, realtor, or other entity is an exact match with a name listed below, you don’t need to request or obtain clearance of a potential match with a Special Alert. Clearance relates to all branches and offices of a pre-cleared potential match, in all locations, unless otherwise indicated.

If your lender (new lender, payoff lender, etc.), mortgage broker, realtor, or other entity is not an exact match with a name listed below, or if you have any doubts, please request clearance of the potential match. However, you don’t need to complete the Preliminary Questionnaire. Please request clearance and include the complete, full, legal name of the entity and its role in the transaction (e.g., payoff lender, new lender, mortgage broker, listing agent, selling agent, etc.).
