SUBORDINATION OF LIEN

The undersigned has recently furnished materials and/or services and is now furnishing materials and/or services for the making of improvements upon the property of ____________in _____________County, Georgia, which is more particularly described as follows:

                The undersigned has been informed that the said owner is now executing a security deed (the “Security Deed”) to _______upon Property to secure a loan in the sum of $______________.

                In consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid, and in order to enable the said owner to obtain said loan, the undersigned hereby subordinates in favor of the said lender any lien or claim that the undersigned may now have or hereafter have against the Property for materials or services expended or used upon the same, and as against said Security Deed.
