The Company insures against loss or damage that may be sustained by the insured by reason of a final decree entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, which constitutes a final determination and denies the validity of the mortgage referred to in Schedule A on the ground that making the loan secured by such mortgage constitutes a violation of the doing business laws in effect as of the Date of Policy.

This endorsement is made a part of the Policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto.  Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the Policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the Policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Company has caused this Endorsement to be signed and sealed as of the _______ day of ________________________, 20____, to be valid when counter signed by an authorized officer or agent of the Company, all in accordance with its By-Laws.
