| 2) The policy affirmatively insures that the restrictions, covenants and conditions set forth in Schedule B are presently not violated and that a future violation will not result in a forfeiture or reversion of title. |
These amendments and affirmative coverage are valid only for policies insuring premises used or to be used primarily for 1 - 4 family residential purposes.

To the extent a provision of the policy or any prior endorsement is inconsistent with an express provision of this endorsement, this endorsement controls. Otherwise, this endorsement is subject to all of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsement.
