OF THE POLICY OF TITLE INSURANCE

The Company hereby insures the Insured against loss or damage sustained by the Insured as a result of a final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction adjudging the lien of the insured mortgage invalid because of the failure of the Insured to comply with applicable doing business laws of the State of Michigan.

Notwithstanding the assurance provided herein, the Company hereby expressly excepts from coverage any loss or damage sustained by the Insured as a result of the inability of the Insured to maintain a judicial action to foreclose the lien of the mortgage insured herein.

This endorsement is made a part of the policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.

Signed under seal for the Company, but this Endorsement is to be valid only when it bears an authorized countersignature.
