OF THE POLICY OF TITLE INSURANCE

In consideration of the Insured's agreement to apply for increased coverage, the Company hereby agrees to increase the face amount of the policy to an amount not exceeding $ if such application is made within five years from the date hereof, provided, (1) such increased amount represents the then value of the land and improvements; (2) at the time of such application and after a continuation of the title examination to such date, neither the Insured nor the Company has knowledge of any defects, liens or encumbrances upon the title as herein insured, (3) the Insured pays the rated premium then required for the additional liability, and (4) reinsurance in an amount satisfactory to the Company is available at regular rates. If the date of this policy is required to be extended beyond its present date, such additional insurance will be subject to exceptions from coverage for any defects, liens, encumbrances or other adverse matters created, or which have occurred, subsequent to the date of this policy, and subject to all "standard exceptions" unless same are disposed of to the satisfaction of the Company.

Signed under seal for the Company, but this Endorsement is to be valid only when it bears an authorized countersignature.
