 ENDORSEMENT ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF

POLICY OF TITLE INSURANCE

The said Policy is hereby amended in the following manner:

The Company hereby insures the Insured against loss or damage which the Insured shall sustain by reason of any inaccuracies in the following assurance:

"Water, gas, electric, telephone and sanitary sewer services are available to the land described in Schedule A either over, under or upon public rights of way directly adjacent to said land or over, under or upon an easement (not terminable by the grantor thereof or by his heirs, personal representatives, successors or assigns) for the benefit of said land that connects to public rights of way."

The total liability of the Company under said Policy and endorsements attached thereto shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the face amount of said Policy and costs which the Company is obligated under the conditions and stipulations to pay.

This endorsement is made a part the policy and is subject to all the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements.

Signed under seal for the Company, but this Endorsement is to be valid only when it bears and authorized counter-signature.
