The Company hereby assures the Insured that, as disclosed by a search for instruments apparently affecting title to the land and recorded in the real estate records of the County Clerk's Office in which the land is located from _____, at _____ : ___.m., to _____, at _____ : ___.m., only the following listed instruments (in addition to those listed in the policy) are recorded:

The Company hereby insures said Assured against loss which said Assured shall sustain in the event the assurance herein shall prove incorrect.

THIS ENDORSEMENT MAY NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM STEWART TITLE GUARANTY UNDERWRITING PERSONNEL.

The total liability of the Company under said policy and any endorsements therein shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the face amount of said policy which the Company is obligated to pay under the Conditions and Stipulations thereof.

The endorsement is made a part of said policy and is subject to the Conditions and Stipulations therein, except as modified by the provisions hereof.
