HEREIN CALLED THE COMPANY

The Company hereby insures the Insured against loss which the Insured shall sustain

by reason of the enforcement of a lien or claim of lien arising from any taxes, assessments or service charges arising from any district capable of levying or assessing taxes, which taxing authorities are shown in Schedule B hereof, claimed to have been created, assessed or levied from a date prior to the effective date hereof

The assurances provided hereby shall not include taxes or assessments specifically shown in Schedule B, the payment of which shall become due at a date subsequent thereto, or arising from a notice of such assessment duly recording the obligation to make payment thereunder arising subsequent to the effective date.

This endorsement is made a part of the policy and is subject to all of the terms and provisions thereof and of any prior endorsements thereto. Except to the extent expressly stated, it neither modifies any of the terms and provisions of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it extend the effective date of the policy and any prior endorsements, nor does it increase the face amount thereof.

Signed under seal for the Company, but this Endorsement is to be valid only when it bears an authorized signature.
